Vincent J. Derudder (74) is French and a jurist by training with a considerable experience in international financial services.

Vincent was elected in May 2021 a Councillor to represent the French Expatriate community of Luxembourg (LR – Conservative).

He was a member till recently of the European Commission Expert Group on automatic exchange of financial account information, and also a guest professor at the University of Nice and IPAG (France), teaching European Law (Financial services regulation).

Serving FECIF “Fédération Européenne des Conseils et Intermédiaires Financiers” (www.fecif.eu – pan European trade body of the European financial services/insurance intermediaries – 400,000 members) since 1999 in various executive roles (Secretary General, then Chairman of the Board), he was lately made Honorary Chairman.

A resident in Luxembourg since 1998, he was till lately the Managing Partner of Nucleus Management Sàrl, the General Partner of Nucleus Holding II SC Sp.
