Ana Rosa Castro Aguilar holds a degree in International Business from the University of Malaga (Economic and Business School), studying part of it at the University of Heilbroon in Germany. She has professional experience in retail banking in different Spanish entities such as BBVA and Caja Rural.

She has worked with Nordea since 2012; she started at Nordea Luxembourg and mid-2016 she moved to Madrid as Sales Director for Iberia where she is exposed to different market segments covering advisory and institutional clients. In February 2020 she finished her masters on Internet Business at ISDI school in Madrid.
